is my proactiv having a bad reaction with my cover-up?

ok so i started proactiv like 2 weeks ago and i dont wear cover up every day only once and a while. the cover up is Cover Girl Tru blend number 4 warm beige (liquid), that is all i put on my face, no blush or conceler, but i use eye shadow some times same with eye liner and mascara. i was using it before i started proactiv, and i really like this make up it covers well, but after i put the cover up on some patches of my skin get raw, itchy, and red and dry. is the proactiv having a bad reaction with my cover up?
